Starcom MediaVest Group стала единственным медийным агентством, которое вошло в список 100 лучших для работы компаний 2010 года, составленном изданием Sunday Times. Агентство дебютировало под номером 42 и возглавила список коммуникационных агентств ( Leo Burnett Group досталось 62 место).

Рейтинг, впервые составленный в 2000 году, основывается на мнениях работников и восьми показателях удовлетворенности персонала, как то: отношение к главе компании и топ-менеджерам, баланс между личным временем и рабочим, возможности роста и обучения, отношение к своим непосредственным начальника и коллегам, удовлетворенность заработной платой и пособиями. В этом году The Sunday Times оценила 964 компании. В ходе исследования были опрошены более 230 000 сотрудников.

25%  персонала Starcom MediaVest Group признали, что у них есть возможность развиваться и продвигаться по служебной лестнице, более 17% сотрудников чувствуют, что работают в сплоченной команде, 10%  - что менеджеры заботятся о них.

Кроме того, Starcom MediaVest Group получила отдельную аккредитациию от Best Companies Accreditation, удостоившись двух звезд.   Квалификация Best Companies Index (BCI) была разработана по типу ресторанного рейтинга Michelin. По ее результатам, основанным на опросе работников, компаниям присваиваются «звезды», где одна «звезда» – это хорошо, две – отлично, три – великолепно. Более 1000 компаний подавали заявку на аккредитацию, но только 410 получили «звездный» статус. Двух и трех «звезд» удостоились 190 организаций.
